abjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.
To access real-money games and services on abjili, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification purposes.
You may only register one (1) account per person. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
abjili is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing deposits and withdrawals. You agree to submit valid identification documents when requested. All abjili accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.
abjili accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. The use of funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited. abjili complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
abjili offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.
All games available on the abjili platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by those rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall be deemed correct and final.
abjili uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. All content on the abjili platform — including but not limited to the abjili brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the exclusive property of abjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the abjili platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the abjili platform without prior written consent from abjili.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, abjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
abjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your abjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
abjili makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You may close your abjili account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
abjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. In such cases, abjili may withhold any balance pending investigation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall first be submitted to abjili's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR where applicable.
abjili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Services after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Services and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
